Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before a session.
No refund for cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours before a session.
If you are going to be late and let me know we will have the remainder of the session, I cannot extend the session.
If you have not shown for your session within 15 minutes, I will assume you are not attending and take the session as a cancellation
